A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Dave spent most of the '90s working as an operations manager in downtown Baltimore. In 1993,  he became inspired to perform again after listening to an acoustic guitarist in a local pub--almost 17 years had passed since Dave had played a single note on guitar.

Dusting off his one remaining acoustic guitar, Dave spent his evenings building a repertoire after a day's work and was able to return to performing publicly on a part-time basis early in 1995.

While managing their day jobs, Dave and his wife Mickey, with the help of now-friend and fellow musician Kevin Poole, courted industry contacts in Ocean City, MD, where they spent most of their weekends, Dave continued to improve his vocal and acoustic-guitar-playing skills, performing part time in Baltimore and in OCEAN CITY, MD. They set a five-year goal both for Dave to start performing full time and moving  to the beach. In April of 2000 they realized that dream. 

Dave does write and perform original material but his specialty is Baby Boomer music. Primarily influenced by The Beatles, his musical tastes range from 60's R&B to Jazz Rock. He covers many Classic Rock pieces from the '60s, '70s, '80s with a little modern country thrown in and of course some Jimmy Buffett.

Dave performs at various venues in and around Ocean City, MD, such as , BJ's on the water 75th Street, The Caribbean Pool Bar-Plim Plaza Hotel, Coral Reef Cafe-17th Street Holiday Inn, Harpoon Hanna's, Fenwick Island DE. , The Jungle Bar in the Plaza Condominiums, Carousel Patio Bar
